Our September Hand-Filled Cask 3213 features a mash bill of Bairds Heavily Peated Malt aged for seven years in an ex-bourbon cask. This cask was pulled from a reserve stock of peated spirit sitting in the Westland rackhouses, and the flavor profile has quickly become one of our favorites. A rich and delectable smoke, rounded with fruit and pastry notes. This whiskey is available for tasting, and each bottle retails at $100 plus taxes for in-person purchases at the distillery.
