Over the years, Westland has loaned whiskey casks to some of our favorite regional breweries, all in the spirit of camaraderie and kinship. As a result, we’ve built up a surprising inventory of beer, mead, cider, and barleywine casks. Our next Cask Exchange release finished its maturation in a cask from Greenwood Cider, which previously held a barrel-aged table apple blend cider.
The Greenwood Cider Company resides five miles north of Westland’s distillation and after nearly near five years of barrel exchanging with them, we've finally got a resulting whiskey ready for you to taste. Experience the meeting of malt, oak, and apple in this limited edition bottling before it's gone.

Nose: Fresh Fuji apple, butterscotch candy, apricot, graham cracker crust.
Palate: Toasted oats, allspice, Red Delicious apple skin, pastry dough.
